The purpose of this workshop is to develop skill in working with 13 muscles which articulate the hip / thigh and to facilitate their increased function and performance. Stabilize pelvic imbalances, solve hip, low back, leg pain, pelvic discomfort, groin injuries and ease sciatic pain. With K-Power® Kinesiology techniques, the usual 1-3 weeks of rest followed by stretching can be dramatically reduced.
Skillfully apply Core Techniques such as, Muscle Stretch Response (myo-fascial), Sustained Use weakness; Muscle Reactivity; and easily detect Hidden Muscle Failure problems.
